I relaxed during the pandemic and am now trying to get them to take one every day or every other day at least. |

| Every day just for the heck of it?? No way. If they are home late because of basketball practice and they are sweaty, then yes, they need to shower. But otherwise, no. We aim for every few days but not on days we are out late. |

Depends. If its the weekend and they aren't covered with dirt, they can shower in the morning
If they are dirty but hair is ok, a quick 5 min body wash. |
