She just posted it, and made sure to let EVERYONE know that it's JUST A RAW SNIPPET and NOWHERE close to an entire story! That way if she pisses people off or offends them she can just use that as her excuse as to why it's okay.

Listen Brendan Dassey, I’m gonna need a little more than that! He goes back to watching ESPN and I cry myself to sleep. I sign a lease the next day, spend the weekend in Chicago with my broad squad binge drinking until I fall asleep in the club and I move out first thing Monday.

He doesn’t put up a fight, when I get to the apartment he has all of my things packed and stacked by the door. I pretend I’m not hurt as my brother helps me pack my belongings into a yellow convertible bug, but I’m hurt. I’m so hurt. I’ve spent three years loving a man who never really committed to me, who didn’t tell people he loved me, who kept me a secret. Hell I’m not just hurt, I’m stupid, and we still work together…

I don't think she said it's okay to cheat if you tell your spouse first. She said that when women cheat, they often will straight up tell you they are not getting what they need and they will go elsewhere to get it. She didn't say it was okay to cheat, just that women will often verbally tell you when they want/need something in the relationship.

I think these snippets get worse each time despite having more time to produce and edit them.


I was actually confused with this one as I thought she was trying to say she was dating Brendan Dassey at some point. I guess I read it too literally the first time. Her writing style does not help either.

It may be me as I do not read all the comments, but she seems to avoid any question asking how soon the book will be done and or released.
