Pathetic. How about involuntary manslaughter?

Why can't it be accessory to the crime?

Ellis was arrested yesterday. The bond hearing is this afternoon.

As a mom of a 20 year old, I am not judging. I am only sad for all of the families involved.

There is a wake of destruction. I know we all want to know how to prevent something like this from happening ever again. God, how I wish it could all be undone and the clock wound back 8 or 9 years.

Wait, how does this happen without any news coverage at all? Are they paying off the media?

Apparently that's what the super wealthy do in Potomac.

Would there be media coverage of someone who wasn't super wealthy? Why do you care so much?

When two people are killed as the result of drinking and driving (sponsored by a prominent Potomac attorney) of course the media would follow through with the criminal consequences. You know..... for regular people. But when you're above the law, it's now a non-story, huh?

Have the families of the killed boys had a response to the hushed events?

It's not hushed it's public record. Not sealed or hidden. Enough with the finger pointing and Ben Carson theories.

Here are two regular people killed as the result of drinking and driving: John Fauerby and Lynne Rosenbusch. How much have you heard about their deaths? Have you heard anything about their deaths?

If there's one thing there hasn't been in this case, it's a lack of media coverage.

And what happened to the drinking driver who killed them? Nothing?

You're shifting the goal posts.

You: When two people get killed due to drunk driving, the media coverage is extensive, except when it's two people from Potomac; then it's all hushed up!
Me: Here are two people who got killed due to drunk driving and got almost no media coverage, unlike the case with the two people from Potomac, which got plenty.
You: But what happened to that drunk driver?

Focus, please. Are you upset about the lack of criminal charges (except that now there are criminal charges) or about the lack of media coverage (except that there was actually lots of it)?

What are the reported(?) criminal charges for Sam Ellis and Kenneth Saltzman?
