I hope ncsl turned him down. The league doesn't need more sketchy teams without fields who will just fold anyway.

he claimed to have been endorsed by loudoun soccer but used the name jim o'hara and someone at loudoun soccer was like "we don't know this dude and there's not jim o'hara here...just john" - pretty funny actually - he got roasted by valor and someone at gfr also commented about his questionable ethics

I heard a Valor coach absolutely screaming obscenities in Spanish at the Sportsplex this winter, I wonder if thats him. Another unprofessional Valor parent coach hire.

The same name is listed on NCSL as coaching a fifth? level boys 2012 Valor travel team in Fall 25, then he quit or was fired over winter. he is also listed as coaching a Herndon u15/16 boys rec team this fall at the same time, then was fired or quit doing that. Odd.

He was fired from Valor (not asked) mid season after a horrible Fall season...awful Coach/human etc. and the wife might be worse. Stay far away. (he was double dipping with Pheonix the entire season among other issues) While the premisis of the goal of the club seems well intended...it is not what it appears.

Did Valor players follow him? I can't imagine many did if he was so awful that a random parent remembered him screaming at the sports plex months ago. I wonder where the phoneix kids on the instagram page came from--the Herndon rec team?

Yes. He was a parent coach.

Those are his kids on their website, I think. He was at GFR for a while too - total nightmare.
