Maybe Riverbend will buy a whole club and just rename it because it's not possible to build a club with 10 players on the field for 4 age groups. The posts on instagram are becoming less and less, the flowing river and phoenix rising is dying down. I think reality is setting in.

The player pathway referenced on their website is laughable and very misleading. These players will have NO chance at moving to a NVA GA team. Stay @ your current club - don’t waste your time and $$$$.

It's a numbers game. There is one NVA GA team per age group, and they will build the roster to make the strongest team. Could some of that roster come from their Aspire team? Sure, but there are definitely no guarantees and NVA will take the best players wherever they come from. And there are a lot of good clubs around where players could come from!

When you have more coaches and directors than players at tryouts it’s hard to make up teams

I can’t imagine how they possibly field travel teams at all next year but I have not heard this definitively- their Instagram posts seem to be more rec focused now. Not sure how they’ll really pull off a rec program though with any substance. Training maybe but not actual teams

it's NVA's way of collecting free money so they can separate from Loudoun in few years. There are internal issues between Loudoun and NVA that no one is talking about.

What are they? I thought they had overlapping leadership.

Although I guess you can see why once the “alliance” is an alliance of one, you’d rather have your primary name on your top product for branding purposes.

I can't really talk about in details, but I will reiterate what is known broadly.
Two are not the same. It's more like partnership at this point with power struggle and talent grabbing between MR and MH. MR is aware of issue with MH's DD.
Also, it will come down to the point where there isn't going to be two GAs and Aspires.
Going back to first point, as for MLSN, NVA is using broad bioband rules to grab players from Loudoun which alot of parents are not happy about.
