A real and innocent person.

Anyone who is cheering for Israel at this point is deeply disturbed.

My friends child in Israel was killed last month when he was playing outside.

A real and innocent child.

No one is cheering for Hezbollah, moron! But we are cheering against the genocide being committed by Israel.

Plenty of people on this thread want Israel to be eliminated and Hezbollah is bent on that.

So … yeah. There’s support for Hezbollah here.

Then Israel needs to take it up with Iran.

Found the Hezbollah supporter.

You don't call what happened in Gaza genocide??

DP: It’s possible Bibi had genocidal intent.

But you just can’t call 40,000 people out of 2 million (and that includes militants) a genocide.

Is it horrid? Yes.

Is it genocide? No. I don’t think so.

You have people on this thread saying Israel has been perpetrating consistent genocide since 1948.

That’s frankly ludicrous.

55,000 Palestinians—civilians and soldiers—have died since 1948.

That’s awful. It honestly is.

But it’s not even close to genocide.

The Palestinian population has grown by leaps and bounds during that time.

Link, since that would certainly have resulted in reporting?

Probably about as real as the 40 beheaded babies. They'll say anything to to deflect attention from their atrocities.

Oh I see. The Jews lost 1/2 their population in WW2. That’s awful. It honestly is.

The Holocaust killed 67% of the European Jewish population.

They still haven’t reached pre-Holocaust levels.

In Gaza, 2% of the population has died. That includes militants.

2% including militants.

67%, all civilians.

Russia was who beat Hitler. Muslims protected Jews from the “Christ killer” happy Europeans

Nice to them?

Look up dhimmi.

Jews have been oppressed throughout the Arab world for centuries.

They have unquestionably made out better in the Middle East than in Germany in the 30s.

Only because they are armed to the teeth, which the Jews in Europe were not.

Iraqi and Moroccan Jews were armed to the teeth? How?

The U.S., France and other allies jointly called Wednesday for an immediate 21-day cease-fire to allow for negotiations in the escalating conflict between Israel and Hezbollah that has killed more than 600 people in Lebanon in recent days.

The joint statement, negotiated on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in New York, says the recent fighting is “intolerable and presents an unacceptable risk of a broader regional escalation.”

“We call for an immediate 21-day cease-fire across the Lebanon-Israel border to provide space for diplomacy,” the statement said. “We call on all parties, including the governments of Israel and Lebanon, to endorse the temporary cease-fire immediately.”

The US could stop Israel at anytime. We need a strong president.

We have a loser, racist President. And his little minion Blinken is an even worse racist. His father was Robert Maxwell’s lawyer!

Here is a reminder from Miko Peled, former IDF Special Forces, on what this violent conflict is all about, “Israel is staging a prolonged assault on the Palestinian people’s very means of existence—destroying homes, hospitals, sanitation infrastructure, food and water sources, schools, and more. To understand the genocidal campaign unfolding before our eyes, we must examine the roots of Israeli society. Israel is a settler colonial state whose existence depends on the elimination of Palestinians. Accordingly, Israel is a deeply militarized society whose citizens are raised in an environment of historical revisionism and indoctrination that whitewashes Israel’s crimes while cultivating a deep-seated racism against Palestinians.”.

Was this kid Druze and playing soccer in Golan Heights? Is that the Israeli strike you’re talking about because Hezbollah didn’t kill anybody in Israel since their last ceasefire in 2006.

Nobody has died in Israel since 10/7. Saying Hezbollah killed Israelis is a lie to provoke war

I feel bad for the normal, regular Israeli and Lebanese people just trying to live their lives.

The Lebanese Christians want nothing more than Hezbollah to be eradicated. Terrorists have effectively taken over the country. It is very sad, but Hezbollah terrorists are not stepping down until Israel is erased from the map, and they have deep pockets thanks to Iran.

People said west bankers hate Gazans, neighboring Arabs hate Palestinians, Lebanese Christian’s hate the Lebanese Muslims or hezbollah or even that Muslims hate Jews. None of this is true and if you’re perpetuating these myths I don’t think you actually know people from these groups. Sure, refugees and people in need are shunned around the world but by and large these groups are sympathetic to each other. They interact and relate to pain, struggle, and loss. I suppose drawing lines of division and making fun of the weakest is more fun. Nobody in the region is normal and regular anymore. There is fear, resentment, and trauma, stoked by impunity and propaganda.

People in the Middle East region in particular the Levant and Egypt have existed with multi faith, ethnic , and class markers without problem Something unfamiliar to the Askhenazis and the commies who came
There battle ready,
Soviet trained, and angry and ready to sow divisions.

The people there don’t even think being armed to the teeth or one religion taking an entire neighborhood because “God said so” is something normal and Jews were laughed and these Soviets were laughed at by other Middle eastern Jews. it wasn’t the way things were done but alas here we are with Euro sectarianism, religious nativism, and hyper militarism exported to the traditionally
Multi class and multi faith Levant

Your gibberish is laughable.

The Middle East has been the site of countless religiously motivated wars, going back to the Romans and prior.

Your hatred for Ashkenazi Jews—many of whom didn’t even live in the Soviet Union—is disgusting.

Going back to the Romans? We are not talking about the Crusades sweetheart. The crusades were not Arab Christian vs Arab Muslim. It was euro Christian vs Arab Muslim, Christian, and Jew.

There would probably be no Jews living today if it weren’t for the Middle East’s sanity compared to Europe. It was always the Jewish hotel. There for the stay because you didn’t have a home

You forgot about the systematic Arab imperialist oppression over Christians and Jews for centuries.

Is it Arab imperialism or Islamic imperialism? Let’s be real here.

Jews were considered dhimmi across the Middle East. Basically that meant they were there by invitation and had to adhere to rules dictated to them.

Sweetheart, attempting to tell yourself Jews had it worse in Arab countries than they did in Europe, because you've chosen to embrace white supremacy as it currently suits Zionism, doesn't work with me. It's why Polish Jews like Bibi are now blaming Palestinians for the Holocaust. I know Iraqi Jews who were among the wealthiest in Baghdad and it was only after Zionism showed up, did it go to sh*t. You can play this game with some rube in the DMV, but I know what you're doing now is desperation to align yourself with white Christianity by minimizing what they did to Jews in Europe and lying to yourself about how Jews were treated much worse in the Mideast. It's a shanda on your part doing this.

Agree. While Jews were being slaughtered in European countries (inquisition in Spain, holocaust in Germany, pogroms in Eastern Europe, etc.), they sought safety and shelter in ARAB and muslim countries. It’s why before the creation of Israel, there were sizable Jewish populations all over the Middle East and North Africa. Where they lived in peace with their neighbors. My own Arab family had many Jewish neighbors in my home country. On Saturdays, it was their Muslim neighbors who would help them turn on lights, ovens, etc.

100 years ago Egypt had a Jew in its cabinet. Now in Muslim countries it is difficult for Jews to just be.

I’m not sure why these loons are talking about ancient history. It really is irrelevant when now the majority of the Middle East is “from the river to the sea”.

80 years ago is not ancient history. Israel is literally based on ancient history though.
