When do we get data on how many teachers are vaccinated?

I’m really not worried about my kids getting hurt by Covid — the whole point of school closures was to protect the teachers/staff. If they can’t be bothered to protect themselves I see no reason to make my kids do anything more to protect them.

OK. Well, enjoy homeschooling!

Why would that mean homeschooling?

Certainly there are enough people who aren’t going to follow travel protocols, and are opting out of testing. Neither of those require homeschooling. Hey, most of those protocols are for the protection of adults, not kids. If the adults don’t care….

To protect all of the kids that will be harmed by the hordes of unvaccinated teachers, of course!

I am late to this thread. Can someone summarize the answer or tell me what page it is on?

The data collection effort by DCPS was supposed to be completed by July 12. It is now July 21.

However, WTU told teachers they didn't need to respond, so who knows what happened. Maybe DCPS continued, maybe they thought WTU's statement was enough to make any resulting data biased. So we don't know when we will get the information, or if there's information even being collected.

The data should be out by now.
