Where are the painfully average kids getting into college?

With those stats - any instate school - U of Maryland, VA Tech, UVA, George Mason, American, Temple....

About 50% of *12th graders* in the USA have an A average GPA. Grades are a JOKE if they can't be backed up with a high SAT plus 4s and 5s on official AP exams.
