You are correct that he did not attend Wednesday’s meeting because he was tested positive, but: “ Bernhardt’s infection has set off a wave of tests among high-ranking department officials. He has spent the past two days in meetings with political appointees.” The thing about GOP covid promiscuity is that they pass their stupid transmitted infections around. To think they could slow transmission by using a face mask, and they won’t do it.

Yeah, the GOP has been really good about wearing face masks everywhere. Look at the chart of who has been getting covid among politicos.
