Yo mama so fat, her blood type is Ragu |
Just don't eat |
Not ever. Polish your stainless steel appliances and absorb nutrients from the reflected light. |
It's a thing. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inedia |
I'm aware. And just the fact that nobody has ever managed to survive like this long term -- when investigated, famous cases turned out to be frauds -- doesn't mean YOU can't do it. Believe in your shiny dreams, DCUM. Close the kitchen forever. |
If OP seriously thinks people will end up in the ER because they ate bread and rice in this hot weather, she has some issues. |
But man didn't fly until the Orville brother's proved it could be done. You just need to believe Wendy! And fairy dust. |
Mental illness and/or a grifter mentality sure help, too. |
[b] Croatian here- I love bread. In Croatia I was a size 2. I moved to America and I am now I size 12 - which is my fault. I credit the weight wait Tom driving and not walking, abundance of fast food, laziness and emotional eating missing home. Life is different in Europe (healthier) but it was MY choices which lead to my weight gain, I still love bread but don’t eat it in USA because you don’t have good bread. Flame away! So. I love your burritos, though |
I’m a breatharian, I do not require food. You should do the same. |
Everyone is returning to the Area 51 mothership. |
You can eat whatever you want. Nobody is policing anyone. Free country. However those who cite the fact that people in hot climate countries like India or many African countries eat everything including spices and breads are fine are most likely right. They certainly are fine, how else would they survive the heat. The human body is a fine machine and is equipped in feature called 'adaptation".
However, surviving is one thing, life expectancy is another. Just compare the two facts, since DCUM crowd loves facts and for a good reason. Here are two that invite a discussion. Life expectancy in Greece (Mediterranean diet**): 81.04 years https://www.google.com/search?ei=U8E0XbXWM6qE5wKIyo-4CA&q=life+expectancy+greece&oq=life+expectancy+greece&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0l2j0i22i30l8.2940.5824..5964...0.0..0.89.1385.22......0....1..gws-wiz.......0i71j35i39j0i10i67j0i67j0i131j0i20i263.pyBmbfhfDOI&ved=0ahUKEwj1y8bX48bjAhUqwlkKHQjlA4cQ4dUDCAo&uact=5 Life expectancy in India 68.56 years https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=TsE0XZGYJ_CP5wK65qgo&q=lifef+expectancy+india&oq=lifef+expectancy+india&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i13l10.61.4339..4516...2.0..0.133.1706.20j2......0....1..gws-wiz.......35i39j0j0i131j0i10j35i305i39j0i13i10.jWC0GY2aHIs&ved=0ahUKEwiR94jV48bjAhXwx1kKHTozCgUQ4dUDCAc&uact=5 **Mediterranean diet he Mediterranean diet is a diet inspired by the eating habits of Greece, Italy, and Spain.[2][3] The principal aspects of this diet include proportionally high consumption of olive oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits,[4] and vegetables, moderate to high consumption of fish, moderate consumption of dairy products (mostly as cheese and yogurt), moderate wine consumption, and low consumption of non-fish meat products.[5] Health effects[edit] A 2017 review found evidence that practice of a Mediterranean diet could lead to a decreased risk of cardiovascular diseases, overall cancer incidence, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, and early death.[7] A 2018 review showed that practice of the Mediterranean diet may improve overall health status, such as reduced risk of non-communicable diseases, reduced total costs of living, and reduced costs for national healthcare.[13] A 2016 review found similar weight loss as other diets.[14] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean_diet |
Wait -- are you thinking that the main reason people have longer life expectancy in Greece than in India (taken as a totality, including all the very poor rural areas and problems in the overpopulated poor areas of some cities) -- is because of bread and spices? Really? That's all you can think of as pertinent differences? |

Correlation is not causation. The Indian government reports that the shorter life expectancy is lack of food and clean water, and poor medical care. The Mediterranean diet doesn't exactly address these concerns.
