For me, yes. I noticed originally, but it doesn't detract from my enjoyment of the show. She is not particularly gorgeous, but I think she has an overall attractive quality about her, so forgot about the lip thing quickly. Or even agree with the PP who finds it kind of cute. |

Lips are weird because they make her look like a bunny. BTW - interesting that her character was into Hantai porn cartoons like wolf man and bunny girl - and the name of the production company that her husband and her formed is called wolf and bunny.

+1 I’m sorry to say it, but I’ve watched all three seasons and can’t get past her lips. She’s attractive, but the lips and her manly mannerisms are a turnoff to me. That said, I love the show. Val is my favorite! |

I just noticed this when watching a documentary, but the lip thing is very similar to Heidi Fleiss.
I do find it distracting, but I don't hate it like some here. |

| Just wanted to bump this up - obsessed with the show! And yes, the characters do horrible things, but that keeps it interesting. I think it's really fun that "kate" and "nathan" are married IRL (I think he's super cute, and I think she's also attractive - even more so for having a non-traditional look) |

That was my problem as well. I stopped watching the episode where Kate was trying to figure out what to do with her dog. I just didn't really like anyone on the show. Maybe I'll try again at some point. |

| Nathan was not some perfect husband even before he started cheating. The way he was constantly trying to pressure Kate to lean out of her career without having an actual conversation about it or taking into account how much her work means to her was really gross. They were both selfish, and feeding off each other in a selfishness spiral. But the fact that he was planning on her becoming a SAHM shows that he was totally uninterested in engaging with her as an individual or thinking about what was important to her at all. |
