You might be the only one.

I’m voting for her too.

I might be, but at least I voted.

I like her a lot, too, but I voted to try and block Blair.

So who got your vote?

Me too.

Frick has extensive experience at the state level of government, is highly regarded and smart, and I think is a lifelong MoCo resident. He has my vote.

Blair. Keeps Elrich out.

And this is supposed to be an extremely well educated community - no wonder our country is going to hell and a handbag

It’s “hell in a handbasket.”

Oh, that made me laugh!

Frick is probably the best of the bunch.

What’s wrong with Elrich?

Bad for business. Will keep us in the death spiral of high earners leaving, no new jobs being created and taking more and more from the few suckers that are left in the county all while sending a huge message to everyone else: come here if you want to contribute little and get lots for free!

Also was strongly opposed by the smart growth types at GGW, if you care about those issues.

I care about our overburdened schools. They are overcrowded despite new schools opening in the last couple years. Teachers have too many kids in a room to be truly effective. I want more schools and smaller class size. The fact that elrich is supported by the teachers’ union makes me consider him. I’m not convinced the county is drawing leaches.

Statistics show that the people leaving the county have higher incomes than the people entering the county

I have seen Teachers Unions endorse a lot of bad candidates. I want what's best for students, not teachers (sorry)

So what does Elrich advocate that is bad for business?

GGW is run/funded by developers who want to keep building and keep profiting while destroying our county (overcrowded schools on a downward slide for the past 10 years, traffic getting worse with no end in site). Can't believe anyone is dumb enough to fall for their recommendations....

Also agree that Elrich is bad for this county. We need enough high earners so that those of us in the middle are not squeezed more than usual. We also need to draw Amazon here for growth. We need policies that are private company friendly and use that for education. We cannot get money from education without someone paying for it.
