2017 "Most Challenging" High Schools List (Wash Post/Jay Mathews) is out

I’m struck by the range of schools – not just Ivy (noted above), but state schools (UVA, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Michigan, Washington, Cal-Berkeley), liberal arts (Northwestern, Oberlin, Middlebury, Carleton, Davidson, U Chicago, Haverford), HBCUs (Howard, Hampton, Morehouse, Fisk), international (McGill, St. Andrews, Groningen), military (US Air Force Academy, The Citadel), specialty schools (Berklee School of Music, Johnson & Wales Culinary) to community colleges (NOVA). Very cool.

And the cumulative total of more than $10 million in merit (!) scholarships!! Great to see.
