My wife had an affair that lasted well over a year. It ended shortly after I found out, and I forgave her. Now she acts like she wants to stay married. You don't need more evidence. Courts don't really care about adultery. Just file for divorce and move on with your life.

Like the PP said, the courts don't care. Her cheating is irrelevant to their divorce.
There is no "nailing her" in regards to cheating.
Of course he can always be a hard ass in the divorce, that's his prerogative, just know that cheating plays no role in the settlement
