I wish the actor playing Negan had a few more nuances and a little less chewing of the scenery.

Why did Rick & company not hide the guns as soon as they got home and toss the inventory of them. I know he had excuses, but they didn't make any sense.

I don't think Rick is broken. I think he's trying to make Negan feel that he's in control so that he'll become complacent. The only way he can truly convince Negan of that is to make the survivors in Alexandria believe it too. My best guess is that Rick has something up his sleeve.

Negan crazy. How does the kingdom get away with no one knowing about the saviors? Why doesn't negan go to the kingdom like he went to Alex and hilltop? Did no one die from kingdom? Why would negan make a deal to meet away from them?

Anyway, Spencer is going to make a mess of things for everyone. What a child.

Total speculation here, but I think the story that kid from the kingdom (Will?) told Morgan about his father and others from the kingdom being killed by walkers is going to turn out that Negan killed them. I think Negan killed them and Ezekial then made a deal with Negan to give them stuff as long as the saviors stayed away from the kingdom and then Ezekial went back and told everyone in the kingdom that those people were killed by walkers so they wouldn't be living in fear of Negan and the saviors.

I thought that at first, but why would Negan care what zeke wants? How does it benefit negan? Why wouldn't he want to go in and burn some kingdom mattresses, just cuz, and make sure zeke is telling them the truth about how much he has and what he could get for negan?

I think Negan is smart enough to know what groups are a threat and which are not. He wants food & supplies and for people to fear/respect him.

how did maggie and sasha end up at jesus' place? i totally missed that. i know maggie kind of wandered off after glen died, but that's the last i remember.

they were on their way to hilltop (Jesus' place) so she could get medical help. then they were caught by negan's group and all that went down. After that she and sash continues onto hilltop so she could get medical attention.

because even 2 years into the apocalypse these people still don't learn.

I also don't understand how Negan has such a large group of men who put up with him. They are all armed and anyone of them could take him out in an instant yet they don't. You'd think that with that much testosterone there would be a lot more alpha male power struggles.

erm. Not the best analogy, but what about Hitler? Why didn't any of his men try to take him out?
