Right, plus in 8 years they have found any additional evidence. |
On national television? By our mainstream?
Here is but a fraction what our troops and their families have to say - they were there in answer to the Ha’aretz article about Iraq/Syria/Satellite photos: My husband was in Iraq in 2003 right after the war started. Every Iraqi knew the WMD’s went to Syria. The media never wanted the truth. Anyone surprised? Not all WMD did. We found three caches of chemical weapons when I was there. One was huge. Another thing that happened right after the war began: Someone distributed copies of the Saddam torture tapes to the people. They were giving them away on the streets everywhere. If the American people knew even HALF of what was on those tapes they would know why Saddam had to be removed. My husband told me just two things that he saw on them, and that was enough for me to gag. I got daily reports about things over there, and NONE of it showed up in the news anywhere. I even called into an NPR show one time and called the reporter a liar. The reporters didn’t go anywhere NEAR the action, as they were afraid of getting their heads hacked off, so they made up a lot of the crap. The people lived in abject fear for 20+ years under that bastard. It will take generations for them to get back to normal. |
Good Lord! The Soros poster gets her "news" from the comments section of newspapers. Explains everything. |
What in the world is this nonsense? Who is "we" in the italics? Have you not linked to the article because you know that you are picking random snippets and that it doesn't confirm any of your claims? Everyone knew that Saddam was horrible and tortured people but our intervention has only made life there WORSE. Do you understand that? And do you seriously consider conspiracy theories by Iraqis as legitimate? Do you not understand that the Arab world and media is inundated by conspiracy theories of every possible kind? This is like saying that the 9-11 truthers are on to something. I know you are a troll and it's your job to be annoying, but this is too much. Stop lying and go away. |

Jeff, how is what you are doing any different then the guy you just banned?
I pay attention to comments when they come from military. I have a lot of very close ties to military and these comments are consistent with what I heard as well. You know as well as I do that you are playing fast and loose with words and meanings here. If it helps you get through the day, no worries on my part. I'm very confident with what I have read, researched and the conclusions I have drawn. I'm seeing it unfold now. As I said, those who really parsed the news saw all this coming re: Obama for over a year. |
Comments sections from Israeli newspapers are not a legitimate source of news. You have wasted hours of your life on this stupidity. Please, please, get a life. |
You are seriously trying to justify relying on newspaper article comments from people whose identity you don't even provide? How have you verified this information? What about it suggests to you that it is authentic? If there were another comment on the same page that said exactly the opposite: that Iraq did not transfer it WMDs to Syria, would you believe that as well? If not, why not? Do judge the validity of a comment based on whether or not it suits your partisan leanings? I am not playing fast and lose with words. To the contrary, you are the one who has repeatedly displayed a lack of concern for the truth. You said as recently as yesterday that you stand behind your accusation that George Soros sent Jews to concentration camps because that was how you "felt". You didn't care about evidence, just your feeling. So, should we now assume that you select newspaper article comments to be primary sources of information based on your "feeling" about them? Would that be an accurate assessment? |
Actually five minutes to find those. They were from our soldiers. Our soldiers and families are never a waste of my time. Ever. |
Really, you are going to trust this as a source ,a comment from "Tammy" on an artivle in a blog called "I own the world" http://iowntheworld.com/blog/?p=25498 And now we are supposed to trust you, a anonymous poster on another website, because you "heard" something from someone else due to your "close ties" with the military. Sorry but this is more often than not how misinformation screws things up. If you had real data, you would have to show it, not tell us that your "close ties" told you over a beer. We are done being Chalabi'd. |
I'm relaying what our military has said. These comments follow along with others I've heard. Ha'aretz had the article about satellite photos. I consider them a legitimate source of news. |
Umm... this doesn't need repeating, but you have no idea that those comments were from soldiers. They were probably bored sock puppet trolls, like you. |
LOL! This is too good to be true. The comment that Soros Poster quoted: "My husband was in Iraq in 2003 right after the war started. Every Iraqi knew the WMD’s went to Syria. The media never wanted the truth. Anyone surprised?" Is not from the Ha'aretz site. It is from a blog called I Own the World - http://iowntheworld.com The comment was posted by "Tammy". Here it is: http://iowntheworld.com/blog/?p=25498 So, we should ignore The Washington Post, the New York Times, all the network news shows, heck we should even ignore Fox News. If we want to know the truth, we need to go to "Tammy". That's the ticket! Edit: other important sources of information are UNCLE KINK and BigFurHat. Essentially, the Woodward and Bernstein of the modern age. |

Yes, which talks about the Ha'aretz article from PJ Media. It's the interwebs - everything is linked.
Were this not the same thing I was hearing from my own friends and loved ones, I'd have refrained. But it is. So I consider it to have some weight. Considering the MSM's record on these current three scandals, I'd say yeah, they are ignorable. |

This administration couldn't even keep track of the weapons in Syria:

The most implausible part of this whole thing is that you have time for friends and loved ones, what with your prolific dcum hobby. I think lying about the Iraq war is an insult to our soldiers, and to the millions of Iraqis whose lives were changed forever by the war. We need to remember why so many died and were injured, and it wasn't for WMD. It was because of lies. |
