Oscars red carpet

I loved the cinematographer from Sinners. She looked so great from hair to outfit, makeup...For actors Rose Byrne, Zendaya, Teyana Taylor, Rachel McAdams was perfect for in memoriam, so tasteful. Many looked way too frail like Kidman, Moore, Wiig.

Anne Hathaway’s dress looks gorgeous in other photos. Not sure if the angle here is less flattering.

I hate Anne Hathaway's dress. Not a fan of the exaggerated mermaid look.

It looks like the Rose Byrne dress but done worse. Awkward.

+1 The Rose Byrne dress was the right amount of floral. This one is too much.

I'm disappointed in the DCUMers who know how to post photos! We need more to discuss than NK's dress color and arms (bad, good) and Kelly Ripa's chest size (not the point the original poster was trying to make).

It looks a little softer in this picture; when I watched her on the red carpet, the top part looked very stiff and flat.

She looks gorgeous as it is. Everyone doesn't need or want implants.

+1

She's very pretty but her body looks like a young teen boy.

So? I'm also pretty flat chested and petite. I don't see what the problem is. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes.

Soon we'll hear the absurd trope that "real women" always have curves.

They don't look like a stiff box lid either.

+1 It was an unflattering look.for a woman who actually.has a.very.cute figure.

I really love this dress conceptually and think she looks amazing, but she looked so uncomfortable when she went up on stage for the best international film award. She was both pulling it up and tugging it down over her butt cheek repeatedly.

I was surprised to see the NYT include her look (along with Gwyneth and Wunmi Mosaku) with this quote:

“They all looked comfortable. They looked like they could walk, sit, clap, climb the stairs if necessary, and even better — breathe.”

She did not look comfortable at all. But amazing nonetheless.

It looks like she’s wearing a towel.

She had amazing legs. Here's another view. I'm a huge fan of the dress.

"has", not had.
I'm not fully awake yet.

Who do you think should have won? MBJ was really good and I think the voters recognize that playing two separate characters is especially difficult.

People keep saying this, but imo, Lindsay Lohan did a far better job playing twins than MBJ.

This was a funny joke on sm but if you are saying it seriously you are completely nuts

I’m not on sm, so yes, this is my real opinion, and I don’t think it’s nuts.

+1. I thought Miles Caton and Delroy Lindo did a better job acting than MBJ

I noticed this too. She needed another fitting because she kept adjusting the top as if she was at a junior high dance and wearing a strapless dress from Forever 21 for the first time.

Exactly. No Scandinavian would be caught dead in that froofy pastel nightmare that Chase Infiniti was wearing.

Welp, Lindsay wasn't a nominee this year so I don't know what you want here.

Exactly. Or a bed sheet.
