In state versus out of state tuition. Link? |
The only reason there was a united front after 9/11 was because there was no social media. If the same exact thing happened today the conspiracy theorists would be out in full force. In 2001 they were still talking to themselves in their mom's basement. |
You have been the victim of Russian propaganda. Identified when Obama was President, Russia actively promotes global warming fearmongering to get US and Europe to keep its energy in the ground and drive up prices for Russia. |
Don’t forget, their kids will be absolutely traumatized by drag queen library story times (that they don’t even have to attend) or learning about diversity in school. They melt down over “all our welcome” signs, but the left is the side full of snowflakes. |
*all are welcome |
NP. Explain |
Zionists are evil. The entire world hates Israel and getting worse So yes. If you support Israel go there , please |
DP: Even if Russia likes the US and Europe going green (which really doesn't make much sense, but that's different story), that in no way undermines the reality of climate change and global warming. |
When the sign, “all our welcome” (as you put it) was put into policy under Biden as: “all are welcome,” your party welcomed in Tren de Aragua and MS13 killers, drug smugglers, and sex-traffickers. “Inclusion” of those criminals in your “all are welcome!” policy is why we support President Trump and we oppose your practice of DEI. |
?? |
so you support Trump ruining this country because of a welcome sign? |
+1 Also part of why many of us are upset is because we know and appreciate all the progress that has been made to make life better. But now we see that slipping away for so many marginalized communities and potentially even ourselves. I guess I’m a woke leftist with too much empathy (since that is a bad word now) because I’m worried about other people being shipped to foreign prisons without a hearing or because I don’t want to see suicide hotlines defunded or because I don’t want to live in a country with kids dying of measles or because I want there to be social safety nets … I could go on. What the “we already have it so good” crowd fails to acknowledge is that those of us who are concerned are worried about the future. It’s only the idiots who are like well I have good life now so everything is fine and I don’t need to worry about what this administration is doing. Wake up! The constitution is just a piece of paper and your rights aren’t tangible. You are not going to inherently always have the freedoms and economic stability you have now. These things must be appreciated and protected. |
Do you always make stuff up? |
I think my take on why things are truly more depressing now is the engineering we have to expect perfection and convenience. It's like hitting a new milestone in expectations and Gattaca the movie is what terrifies me most as where the future is going.
It's one thing to fight tragic wars and have endless nights when we do it as human beings collectively - there's a hope and there's a joy that can always be found in dark times. It's a different reality if you take humanity away and make everyone approach life as sterile efficient perfect ideal which I actually think is what's happening with all the tech we have now. The idea of wanting to prevent things from being messy means we also feel less. There's always been generational dangers and tragedies, challenges and milestones that define us. But heading into the future, my fear is that we don't want to feel anything because it's easier and better to do things without mistakes or emotions and that's when you really stop living but just exist. To me that's the fear. Not that there's more wealth gap or violence or hardship. You can always find a way around what life presents you but if you approach living by wanting perfection then you lose yourself entirely. |
The MAGAs are just dumb enough to believe things like this are an issue, if they are even real. This is how they elected dumb fatty. |
