There's always been generational dangers and tragedies, challenges and milestones that define us.  But heading into the future, my fear is that we don't want to feel anything because it's easier and better to do things without mistakes or emotions and that's when you really stop living but just exist.  To me that's the fear.  Not that there's more wealth gap or violence or hardship.  You can always find a way around what life presents you but if you approach living by wanting perfection then you lose yourself entirely. [/quote]
