Yikes, seems like a touched a nerve! I’m not ageist, sexist, or MAGA. And I’m not saying there were no swing voters there. I’m just saying that on average, these protests w older and whiter than most and had more present and former federal bureaucrats than most. And that these post-election protests were less impressive to swing voters and flyover state voters than a real Democratic primary , a good Democratic candidate, and a popular Democratic policy platform would have been.

Older and whiter means they recognize that they are less to fear being rounded up or fired. They go to represent themselves and those who have been targeted.

Yes, many voters turned out in 2020 to vote against Trump and Biden. Not exactly something our two major parties can be proud of. Sure, there were a few low IQ people in the mix who actually thought Trump and Biden were good options to serve a four year term as most powerful person in the world but most people aren't that stupid. If voting against people that have absolutely no business being POTUS is your interpretation of "revitalizing" our Democracy, we don't agree.
