I'm not trying to make this a political thing, my point stands that if he was going to do it there would be reporting on it.

I also think he has an incentive not to do it noting that agency budgets are flat for the second year in a row and it may be difficult for them to absorb such an increase.

My insurance went up so I’ll have to make some adjustments, the 2.2 didn’t even cover insurance. This sucks. 😞
