but if they were to do something like premium pay for supervisory roles, then they need to figure something out for SES because then you'll have 14s and 15s making the same or more.

i never said anything about supervisory roles. im a 15-10 non-sup. i dont want to supervise. i just wanna do my 40 hours, which i could earn triple in private sector and work 50-60 hour weeks, and go home. i agree with you that supervisors dont get paid nowhere enough. its a labor of love...
