How are you above average for dcum

Different from DCUM? Retired without becoming a millionaire.

I also speak five languages, but I think it is very common in DMV area considering how many diplomats are here.

I above average age of virgins--I am 45--have never kissed anyone either. Evangelical Christian. Kinda would like to do "it" before menopause and/or strong desire goes away bit we will see.

GRE was 99th percentile.

Here is your opportunity to tell us about it.

I work on my own cars. Something very, very few people can do - but look down on anyway. Hilarious!

Me too! Except for daily drivers. I don’t really enjoy working on a car that HAS to be running on Monday.

What are you working on?

Buncha stuff…

The DD’s are a ‘19 Avalon and a ‘16 Tacoma, so they never need anything except oil and brakes.

Other stuff is weekenders or projects-

‘78 Malibu Wagon resto-rod, work in progress. LS3/TH400, aggressive cam, mechanical is done but still needs a lot of bodywork
‘82 Wagoneer. Always needs something but yet always starts when you turn the key.
‘74 BMW 2002…hate it but wife won’t let me get rid of it.
‘16 Rubicon - plaything
‘07 C6 semi-track car but still tagged
‘97 Powerstroke duallie that hauls all my hoopties around on a deck trailer. I’m too broke from restoring cars to afford a nice HaulMark enclosed trailer.

I’m smart enough not to own a boat lol. But I really want a 70’s Sanger Flatbottom jetboat with a 455 Olds and Berkeley pump.

Love this +1

All of that stuff sounds pretty cool. I’d love to have another Bmw 2002 but I like the round tail light cars (pre -74). I’d also love to have a 70’s jetboat - that would be a fun project. For me I’ve got a Honda S2000 that I’ve tracked and used for HPDE, a Porsche 911 (997) thats my daily, a Boxster (986 project car with son), 2016 VW Golf R (backup daily).

I have a european jaw bone to die for. People literally taking my photos to their plastic surgeons. I am not richer, but I am well off and comfortable. I don't care about connections, but I have a wonderful circle of good friends. Not sure what class system you are using, so it is hard to identify yourself.

As in .... the Hapsburg underbite ....?

If you posted different cars I would have thought you were my DH. My DH is an awesome person.

I have thicker skin than most women. My whole life people have apologized to me for something they said in the past and hope I wasn't offended, and I have no idea what they're talking about.

No, I’m the thread killer it may be my one and only true gift.

Interestingly I also have the same gist when it comes to torpedoing cocktail party convos.

Only it isn’t inadvertent. It is an art.

Oversized manhood. Internet stats tell me that "In a room of 1,000 men, only 1 would be bigger."

I’m exceptionally good at pruning my social network/ending friendships that don’t bring me joy without feeling guilt or distress. Which makes me sound like a sociopath now that I read it.

I do this naturally and wish I didn't.
