Where do you think they fill the vacancies from? ๐ PPs status is a hint that some APs may have been selected for principal positions, which could be announced soon. |

How are there only three when we know from this thread so many more have announced they are leaving? |

| It may be just how their profiles are set up on MCPS Careers. I see a total of eight assistant principal job listings and three principal job listings. It may also be because it is not yet time to list some for various reasons. |

Maybe they closed the window for applications? They extended the window for Carderock applicants for principal. Why would they need to do that? No applicants? |

Yes, a lot of them were listed a month or two ago. |

| There are more than 30 openings for principals. They posted a ton of jobs a while ago and the postings closed. Thursday there will be a special BOE meeting just for appointments so stay tuned. |
