How did they get these permits? Or, were they just hopeful to get these permits?

Teams will train three times a week on Pine Ridge Park, Arrowbrook Park Oakmont Park, Westfield HS, and Scott Run fields beginning in early March, through June 15.

Annandale Soccer usually has Pine Ridge Park, Herndon soccer has Arrowbrook, Oakmont is Vienna soccer.

Not sure about Westfield but usually the high school teams use their fields pretty late in the evenings in spring. Not sure about Scott Run (Mclean?)

Good question. If the one guy is still working at Mclean soccer, maybe he is hoping to use their permit for Scott's Run. But they are so low on field space , I can't imagine letting a competitor use their turf fields!

AC Milan is doing EDP only until they can get in to higher leagues, assuming they get good players

When you agree to ID, or practice with a team you signed your image right away upon registration.
