Yes, yes you are! You are missing your own implicit bias, entitlement and racism.

She is not jut a young drunken girl with abusive language. She is not being punished for saying the F word. She would have got away if she was not videotaped.

In your world, PP, such kind of racism is normalized.

Is saying N word even a crime by the law?

Are you trying to imply that's all she did? Because it isn't. She said it over 200 times; kicked slapped, and bit the student working the front desk; hit and bit the arresting officer. She was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct (and I'm sure the stream of hate speech figures in here), assault, and assault on an officer. Still to come, I'm sure, are resisting arrest and possible a hate crime tag on the assault.

They are separate issues and that is probably what that poster was implying. She was severely drunk. For those two reasons she should be expelled.

For her safety security should have been immediately called. She went into flight or fight mode as she perceived the front desk woman attacking her when they were grabbing, pulling and shoving her. That behavior was not ok too and she should be reprimanded or fired. Anyone who is grabbed or pushed or pulled is going to go into fight mode. If someone grabbed hou, would you go or push them off of you. Front desk woman was making all kinds of comments and restraining her. She should have let her go, follow her and let security handle it. The racist comments obviously were wrong and extremely inappropriate but she was severely drunk and this entire situation was poorly handled by the campus workers. And, you let the school and authorities handle it before you post multiple times on social media. This seemed a bit set up.

Absolutely not. Stop lying. Seriously, stop telling bald-faced lies. She had already slapped and bit the front desk woman before anyone put their hands on her. She was not in fight or flight, she was in attack mode. No one slapped her. No one punched her. No one knocked her down. The only time she was touched was to be restrained from further assaulting the other students.

The fact that you are still insisting on LYING about what she did and framing this incident as something that happened to her, a set up, when she walked in the door and started attacking people, is disgusting. And trying to get the student who was ATTACKED AT HER JOB by a stranger fired for not standing there and taking repeated hits, but instead trying to keep this person's arms away from them? You're gross.

Agreed.

She did not live there. The family of her ex-suitemates were quick to distance themselves from her and say that they had no reason to be there. This girl is toxic.

I have no idea what you are thinking. I had three random thought - 'Bulldogs don't wear lipstick(Sarah Palin quote)', 'These pants are ugly; & d "#DiaperDon. But I am not thinking any deep thoughts.

The pants are fine. Just not for a professional appointment. No need to attack.

No, pants are not fine. Sure, they are not torn and dirty but they are making her legs look stumpy. And the exposed ankles, black socks and the shoes? Nope.

PP, you are surely from DMV because we are so used to people dressing poorly.

They are fine. What is wrong with you? Who cares what the parents wore to a meeting.

What is wrong with you?? These are hideous pants. The whole outfit is ludicrous. This woman is looking terrible and I am assuming she can look better than that with just a few easy changes. I will do a spin-off in the fashion forum because that would be the right thing to do. Leaving this thread so you all can continue debating racism here. Geez, there are all kinds of ugliness in the world. Hideous pants with a diaper butt is certainly an example of it. Don't bother responding. Please.

Omg will you be my new best friend?

She engages in deeply anti-social and violent behavior that won't just go away on its own.

Why are people always trying to being mental illness into things? She’s just a shitty person.

+1000

She's not mentally ill. She's just an entitled, racist, spoiled brat. Nobody has ever put her in her place/told her no. If you are used to getting your way/doing whatever you want it is a rude awakening when there are consequences for your bad behavior.

Set up?!?!?! She's a racist, behaved badly/like a racist and got videoed. I'm certain it's not the first time she's done this---she thinks the behavior is ok and acceptable. She's only upset because she got caught. No changes would have been made if she wasn't caught.

She is drunk. She isn't thinking at all. There are no videos of what happened before and we only see select frames. Once the drunkard started attacking the front desk woman should have backed off and not kept going at it with her in terms of physically moving her and making comments. She handled the situation very poorly, granted she is very young, and not trained. She is not authorized to arrest or restrain and should have backed off the situation. Instead, she put herself in it making snide comments (even if they were appropriate like I don't get paid enough as that is just going to provoke the drunk). There was no reason to keep grabbing the drunk and pushing/moving her. So, the entire situation was badly handled until the police came and arrested the drunk. Common sense is to back off, wait for security, and follow her to make sure she is safe or doesn't hurt others but you don't approach and provoke. It very much sounded like the front desk clerk and her friends was egging the drunk on knowing she would say and behave that way. Drunkard needs a treatment facility if she's regularly getting that drunk but the reality is many people do and she is 22 so it wasn't illegal.

There are probably security cameras in the dorm so I'd like to see the entire footage.

There is clearly more to this. The drunk obviously is not a good person, and should be expelled but it as also handled very poorly by the front desk staff/RA.

Putting aside her inappropriate/unflattering outfit, she is unattractive bordering on fugly. She does not look like she belongs in the same league as her husband, and racist or not, her daughter is cute.

You say "she is drunk" as if that makes the pieces all fall into place. Yes, when people get drunk they don''t think straight. Hence they do stupid things like have unprotected sex, break into 7-11s to steal potato chips, fight with bouncers throwing them out of clubs, for example. Do you think they get a pass because they were drunk? Like, they won't get an STD or get pregnant, or get arrested for stealing potato chips or get a broken nose falling onto the cement after being pushed by a bouncer? Or do you think a bouncer will back off, while making sure the drunkard is okay (the most laughable part, like a babysitter) until the police arrive? Or do you only think blonde white women should get this kind of preferential treatment?

Well, while some very gross PPs keep defending this girl, UK has proceeded with expelling her and banning her from campus. Good job, UK.
