Sorry, I’m the PP. Just saw this. It’s not actually 7 minutes because the instant pot takes a little time to come up to pressure, but it’s no more than 15. It’s sooo much easier than actual baked ziti that I will probably rarely make it the traditional way again. And it’s actually really tasty.
