Mayo goes on fries, burgers, hot dogs and roasted Brussels Sprouts!

Disney World and Land should ban strollers. Kid can’t walk the whole day then go back to the hotel or the hotel pool and relax!

That isn't just controversial, it's so ignorant. I have ADHD. Damn, I wished I had been diagnosed in my youth and gotten proper treatment. My life is night/day with treatment.

PP here you quoted. How is it ignorant? Have they decided definitively the cause of ADHD? And figured out why it’s prevalence is increasing so much? I’m not saying it isn’t real. I work every single day with ADHD kids - I am a resource aid at an elementary school. It is very much real. And sadly for some of these kids no amount of prompts and scaffolding and text to type and read aloud testing is going to make a difference. Some kids are success stories don’t get me wrong, but some of these kids I’m not even sure how they will graduate.

I’m sick that you are so judgmental of kids and parents and you work in a school. Read some books.

I don’t like dogs. I feel like a heartless jerk, but just find them gross.

I think its clear that ADHD, and myriad other things, are 1) both genetic and environmental and 2) are more highly diagnosed these days because school has changed and demanded age-inappropriate behaviors from kids. So a lot of kids who would have likely not had school issues in the past are now experiencing problems. The line between normal childhood inattention and ADHD is blurred as the bar for acceptable childhood behavior gets higher and higher.

Just because people don’t know the cause of something doesn’t mean it is caused by bad parenting. Honestly you have no business being working with kids with ADHD if you really are that ignorant.

Elders don't get auto-respect. Respect is earned with all adults. If you are racist, homophobic, controlling, manipulative or some other version of untrustworthy/disrespectful, you do not deserve respect. Period.

I don’t eat any meat on the bone, no wings no t-bones.

I love chick fil-a sausage biscuits.

If you were a “grammar Nazi” you would have typed “Chik-fil-A” and “T-bone.”

FYI you are wrong about “Chik.” It’s Chick-Fil-A. I think it’s interesting how most people get that wrong.

You're both wrong. It's "Chick-fil-A."
