Completely true. But 45 is also erratic & incapable of thinking anything through. Driven by impulse. Ok self absorbed impulse, but making really bad nonsensical decisions. Putin is focused & calculated. There is either a devious thought out plan behind what he is doing, or he has lost his marbles for some reason.

They can’t take Ukraine. Being a ruthless asshole doesn’t overcome the military and strategic dysfunctions.
