They’ll still need their so called Iron dome, iron walls, and electric fences because they know they have their boots on top of a native population right within their vicinity. Palestinians don’t have ballistic missiles, conventional weapons, or even an army but they’re still afraid of them. Even of 5 year olds. Yet they moved there for safety and refuge. They were sometimes hosted inside the homes of Palestinians just like Armenian refugees and they stole the homes and used the military to kick the owners /families out

Not to mention that “taking down Iran” means more killing of people. Those people have mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, children who have long memories. I don’t know about you all but if a country kills my family, I’m not going to like them very much.

20 years ago, it was Saddam’s Iraq that was the biggest threat to Israel. 20 years before that, it was Egypt.
After Iran, it will be Turkey.
It’s a never ending circus.

If one doesn’t like their neighbors, maybe get out of the neighborhood. all parties involved

So that means Iran and Turkey should also get out of the neighborhood?

Iran has not fought a war in centuries. Turkey in a century. The country that kills peacemakers, hates the word ceasefire, and fights all the time is Israel.

Look at all this combat damage to a KC-135. Looks like it was hit by a shotgun. This is an airtanker that is kept away from combat.

US defense secretary says Iran’s energy infrastructure is ‘not destroyed yet’ while also lambasting the media

The ceasefire was used to restock munitions. The US and Israel are almost ready to go after all the civilians infrastructure.

Why can't they be like other countries that have historical ties to other countries, where people will sacrifice their own wealth for the benefit of people suffering far away?

Why many Kashmiris are donating gold, breaking piggy banks for Iran
https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/4/16/why-many-kashmiris-are-donating-gold-breaking-piggy-banks-for-iran

Srinagar, Indian-administered Kashmir — The gold earrings were a gift from her father on her birthday just months earlier. But on March 21, as South Asia marked Eid‑ul‑Fitr, Masrat Mukhtar handed them over to an aid collection effort to help civilians in Iran trying to survive the US-Israel war on the country.

She was one of many in Indian-administered Kashmir who paused their customary rituals and celebrations on the auspicious day to contribute cash, household items, and personal assets for a people more than 1,000 miles away.

“We give what we love. This brings us closer to them,” said Mukhtar, a 55-year-old woman from Budgam in the central part of Indian-administered Kashmir, before referring to a name by which the region has historically also been known. “This is what Little Iran does for its namesake. The bond persists through time and conflict.”

That bond, rooted in more than six centuries of historical connections, has taken on a much more overt presence during the war – drawing recognition from Iranian authorities, and concerns over some fund collection methods from Indian officials.

Similar donation campaigns in support of Iranians have also been reported from Pakistan, Iraq and other countries.

Anyone donating to the terrorist regime of Iran needs their head examined. I include you, since you clearly think this is a good thing.

Probably to clear the strait of Iranian mines, duh.

Yeah, right.

This is so sick.

I feel so badly for those proud Americans who signed up to fight to protect their country.

Here, they are protecting Israel. And they are protecting the billionaires including Trump who what to steal Iran's oil.

Iran poses no direct threat to the US. Our soldiers should not be sent to die in this undeclared war that's begun by Trump as a distraction from Epstein.

I have family in the military. They did NOT sign up for this.

What a bizarrely naive comment. They’re not “protecting Israel.” The US (and other countries) are trying to open the Strait so that oil can be supplied around the world. Why is the strait closed? Because Iran chose to lay its mines there. Take it up with Iran.

You’re naive. The US has been bombing and destroying Iran and Iran closed the strait to get the US to stop. Nothing was happening to the US to make US start killing Iranians. On the other side Israel has been destroying Beirut, pretending it’s about Hamas, but it’s not. It’s about taking their land. Don’t be gullible.

Is that why 40 countries have rebuked Iran for laying mines in the Strait and blocking ships, as well as demanding Iran open the Strait back up? Huh, interesting.

DP You just can not help yourself can you? The strait is open just have to make a deal with the Iranians and pay some money. Oh and there are no mines. Ships who have made deals go through the strait every day. If there were mines ships would be sinking. That is how mines work.

They can claim Iran is the problem all day but the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and wars with neighbors have gone on back when Iran was Israel’s ally (1948-1979)

Israel as a nation was also founded on killing mediators, ambassadors and peacekeepers.

Folke Bernadette, who saved countless Jewish lives, was UN mediator proposed that Palestinian refugees had the right to return to their homes in 1948. The very next day, Zionist operatives ambushed his motorcade in Jerusalem and assassinated him. They literally murdered a UN official to stop peace.

They also murdered a British Foreign Office Minister - Moyne. The Israelis were the first suicide bombers, the first to commit the most heinous atrocities; beheading babies they did it first in Deir Yassin; splicing open the belly of a pregnant woman they did that too in Deir Yassin and actually throwing a baby into an oven. Everything they have done to Palestinians they accused them of doing on october 7 which turned out to be a series of big fat lies.

They tried to kill President Truman with a letter bomb

The so‐called Stern gang” of Zionist terrorists tried to assassinate President Truman by letter‐bomb in 1947, according to a new biography written by Mr. Truman's daughter.

Mrs. Margaret Truman Daniel writes that “a number of cream‐colored envelopes, about eight by six inches, arrived in the White House, addressed to the President and various members of the staff.” They were found to contain “powdered gelignite, a pencil battery and a detonator rigged to explode the gelignite when the envelope was opened.”

But the White House mail room, alert to the danger of postal bombs, discovered the letters and had them defused by Secret Service bomb experts, Mrs. Daniel writes in her book, “Harry S. Truman,” which is being published by William Morrow & Co. Copies are being distributed to reach bookstores for the Christmas‐shopping season, although the formal publication date is in January.

As far as could be immediately determined, Mrs. Daniel is the first member of the Truman White House circle to confirm that the letter‐bombs arrived, although the report also appeared in a 1949 book, “‘Dear Mr. President . . .’ The Story of Fifty Years in the White House Mail Room,” by Ira R. T. Smith, with the collaboration of Joe Alex Morris.

I love how you, a random troll, thinks you speak with more authority than you know, the people who actually know what's going on. Please educate yourself before opening your mouth and wasting everyone's time. Iran has left a path open to ships willing to pay a toll. The US Navy has a map of the mine-laden areas and are working to clear them because Iran is too incompetent to do it themselves.

Iran has been under sanctions for 48 years. They will fall within a week or 3 months. Those rail connections to Russia, Turkey and China mean nothing. Iran has 157 mb of oil in tankers outside the straits. That is 110 days. Can the US go 110 days with the strait closed?

This blockade is actually allowing a lot through and the US does not have the air resources to maintain it. The ships huge the Iranian coast and enter Pakistan’s territorial waters. Not much the US can do.

Other than that the US is doing great. Too bad Israel will not help.
