| Short driveway that's converted by my cars + no sidewalks in my neighborhood = no shoveling at all for me! |
| Cool. |
| We do not have sidewalks either, so we shovel the sidewalks and path for some of our elderly neighbors. |
Bravo! |
| It’s been interesting to see who’s shoveling in my neighborhood and who’s not. It definitely doesn’t break down the way you would expect. |
That's nice! None of our neighbors have sidewalks |
| That’s the best part of apartment living and with covered parking — no shoveling! |
What did you expect? And it turns out old ladies are shoveling and young men not shoveling? |
| It’s worth it to me, I hate when there are no sidewalks. Sidewalks and big trees are essentials for me even with their downsides. |
I love big trees but can't stand sidewalks, even without snow |
| Is it time to go out and shovel now? |
I report the ones who don't. Our county has an ordinance that you have to shovel within 24 hours of the snow stopping. I shovel our elderly neighbors, but have no sympathy for the lazy neighbors with teen kids home who leave icy sidewalks for kids/dog walkers to navigate. |
We actually shoveled a few hours ago for exercise and are surprised that the snow is no longer sticking (we did not use salt). So I'd say yes if you're up for it! |
Weird!! |
We normally shovel & apply dog friendly melt right away but we are all sick and trying to work up the energy to get out there. Hoping a kid comes by to offer to shovel. |
