It was the obvious choice. Dang if those buses are going to start tomorrow morning with temperatures in the low teens

I predict that they will move to a full cancellation. I was just out in our neighborhood and there is a lot of ice. It's going to be 13 degrees tomorrow so nothing is going to melt.

In my day, we bundled up in coats, hats and gloves and went to school on time on cold days.

In the past they have added a little blurb about reevaluating in the morning. That wasn't included this time.

If they were going to move to a full cancellation wouldn't the announcement have said - we reserve the right to cancel completely? I feel like they sometimes say that.

Sure…. But technically that is always on the table, right? If it becomes clear overnight the call was wrong.

Well if Americans weren’t so sue-happy this wouldn’t be as tough of a call. One kid slips on ice and hits their head, parents sue. Parents can’t sue for too many two hour delays.
