Closing Early Today?

Was shocked to hear local public school systems are closing early today because of anticipated rain/wind. Our private doesn’t follow MCPS for delays/closings. Are any privates closing early? |

| All the mothers should just quit work now forever. Live in a van down by the river. We’ll be fine, but that way, the teachers can beat rush hour, when all the regular private businesses close. |

| SR is dismissing early and all afternoon activities are canceled as well. Very frustrated that SR continues to follow MCPS. |

It’s literally wind. How did they get licensed if they can’t drive on a windy, 50 degree day? |

We are at a Christian K-8 school and follow mcps. So we’re getting out at 1230 today.
To the poster that says why are we doing private, I’m not seeing a correlation between closing early one day and my reason for choosing private which has nothing to do with length of school day. |
