How stupid to think you know everything. In Arlington County it is mandatory. My DD had to do at least one set of swim lessons through her public Arlington School. She is in high school now.

Swimming is part of the FCPS curriculum. No way are you a teacher.

FCPS is not the only school district in Virginia.

Glad you are so confident in your wrongness. She was raised in Loudoun County and attended LCPS until going to TJ. No mandatory swimming. Not that it’s relevant. Pittsburgh was her college town.
