Now I am forced to hire H-1Bs from Indian Bodyshops.  We do NOT hire entry level with intent to train.  We hire 15 H-1Bs with the intent to fire 33% and keep the other 67% for 2 years and then fire and start over.   It is a way to replace US workers with cheap desperate guest workers.

And the Indian Bodyshops are the most racist firms in America. They have no african americans and few hispanics. And they NEVER recruit from HBCs.  Never. 

Add to this the millions of low wage workers allowed in from illegal immigration, that take low wage jobs, and impact African Americans directly.  

The single best policy for African American workers is to STOP ALL IMMIGRATION.  Force US Businesses to hire from US citizens.  

But for MSM and DCUM this is heresy.

Companies have the freedom to make their own hiring decisions. As an employer of engineers and a recruiter of interns and rotational trainees, I actively seek to build a diverse and dynamic workforce, including underrepresented minorities. No one is compelled to hire H-1B visa holders. If a company is engaging in hiring practices that you believe to be unethical, it may be worth addressing the issue internally or considering alternative opportunities that align with your values.

If your boss takes bribes from a bodyshop owner, you are compelled to hire from that bodyshop.

Because the Supreme Court ruled illegals are entitled to a public education. This disaster that is in public schools all over the country is because of Biden and open borders Democrats. There are millions of educated people all over the world who speak English as a second language.
