| We are new to high school lacrosse scene so curious what teams typically show up for this event and what the competition level is. |
Its usually a pretty good level of competition with quality teams (more serious than Fall Brawl). |
| A bunch of turkey hunters… |
Girls? Or boys? |
Bots |
| Better than Fall Brawl and Winter Thaw. |
| Just my opinion but from the girls side, not the best competition. You do get some varsity players but the teams are very mixed. However, it’s a fun event and another opportunity to bond with team mates |
| Definitely great event with strong competition - both boys and girls side. Think most/all strong public school teams across Fairfax, Arlington and Loudoun (as well as couple privates? - think PVI there last year). Overall well run with 3 turf fields, central clock so runs on time etc |
| Anything off-season is really about getting a chance to play with teammates and having fun, maybe getting a little better for the spring. Girls side competition depends on who shows up year to year, but it still accomplishes the bigger goals. |
| Boys’ side is always fun to watch. Even includes some top-notch local public Maryland teams, who rarely play Virginia teams. |
| It’s fun. No where as serious as some will say it is, it’s fall ball but if your kids can play, do it. Weather sucked butt last year for the early games for the girls. |
| Anyone knows when the schedule would come out and is it going to be in tourney machine ? |
PVI was not there last year |
| I don't think PVI was ever there. |
| Usually most of the top VA publics plus Churchill and sometimes Whitman. Our team signed up for it but hearing rumors now it may not happen this year. Can anyone confirm? |
