Even in the groups where there are two teams, at best it’s 36 players max and they are competing against teams who select their top players out of 60-80 players. Those top teams are going to struggle to compete this year and in future years. They really need to leave ccl. I think membership would be much happier in a place where their children can compete in.

CCL costs more money than NCSL, therefore, they can charge members more money. Think it's not true? Ask LB how they pay their coaches. I'm assuming "years coaching, years with club, what license, what league" all go into the determining factors.

Where do you coach now? LOL

Lee, again, please stop feeding the trolls. This board will die like it should have months ago because there's been no new information. You're out TD, please, just stop.

LOL why are you saying he is out. Have you heard something none of us have?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I wouldn’t have noticed. My intent is for RTD to be a professional and worry about our club not feed the trolls on this board.

LC is on this website a lot, trying to troll some SYC thread. You can really tell he enjoys being here. Maybe you can stop screaming your head off at your boys because they’re struggling against one of the top teams in the state this past weekend.

I'm pretty sure SOCA (Charlottesville) is now called Skyline Elite.

JLC will be readily available this coming weekend. After his behavior toward the game officials yesterday, he was rightfully kicked out. How a club official gets kicked out is unbelievable. Maybe he can elaborate on how to be a leader and leading by example for the players and club couches and parents.

How bad was it that they booted him from the game?

Reading through some of the comments, it's not very difficult to see why the club's in bad shape.
It's a shame cuz there's some really good coaches/people at the club.

Wow, the fake news on these threads.

Can someone confirm if this did or did not happen?

Don’t know, he’s not our coach (only our TD). Which means we never see him.

In the email JC sent to the team Sunday night, he apologizes for how he behaved and in losing his composure. He states he apologized to the players after the game. He also states he will be appealing the ejection to the league because he felt it was harsh and hopes to be with the boys on Sunday in Alexandria.

We have been supportive of JC last year and stayed to see how his coaching would help DS. Unfortunately, his leadership and coaching have fallen way short of our expectations. Our family was discussing a change before Sunday’s incident and that just made the decision so much easier and clear.

We were skeptical regarding JC's plan, and now we're way more than 'critical'. I guess the European academy dream was just a selling point.
