I think Ashley feels she owes it to her mom because her mother struggled to raise her and her brother as a single mom. I think the mom leaned on Ashley too much as parent-friend instead of just a parent. And now that Ashley is in a good financial position (solely due to her husband) she wants to share the wealth. Ashley’s comment about her mom working all her life and having nothing to show for it (because mom filed for bankruptcy) was really sad.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with helping family if you can. But when you’re married both spouses must agree and Michael clearly doesn’t.

Then she should get a job and support her mother.

Whelp they agreed she would manage Oz so that was her job.

But does Oz make any money? I live close by and it always looks half empty.

I think it’s more that Robin and Juan realized the financial benefits of him participating more. Whatever their realtionship is - they are living together and sharing expenses. Better for him to pick up an extra check from the show.

Whenever she's called out on her lies, she becomes incomprehensible - nothing she says makes any sense. I love watching the reactions of all the other women. Their faces say it all!

I love Gizelle - she was completely cracking me up in this last episode. But I wish she'd tone down her over-the-top sex talk about "Shermie." Especially when they were having a picnic and she said she wanted to take off his clothes right then and there. Gross. I think even Sherman is embarrassed when she talks like that.
