Peers that come to mind are Lehigh and Colgate. My impression is pretty fratty.

OP- thanks- I wonder how much one can really rely on these characterizations. Every school seems to be entirely populated either by Patrick Batemans or non-binary Greta Thumbergs.

Suggest you ask around IRL to get more informed opinions. Certain colleges are hated on dcum and this seems to be one of them.

The posts in this thread are accurate.

If you fit in, you won't be disappointed. Beautiful campus. If student has a car, it's interesting to just drive in any direction to get away for a bit.

Students come from families that are comfortable with respect to financial matters.

Seems a bi like a mating ground for folks who want their kids to marry well--not SMU well--but financially comfortable well.

Yes, I take most everything here as anecdotal. Sometimes you can tell when a poster has IRL direct experience. Good luck.

That's the whole generation, really... except that Thunberg herself is more self-aware than most.
