Do you salt your corn on the cob? (Put salt on it?)

I did not realize this was something others did. Is it common? I grew up adding butter but not salt.

I don't now, but when I was a kid we always rolled the cob in a stick of butter and salted it before we ate it. Definitely a thing.

Please don't be sad for the lost opportunities but know that you can do this on all future corn on the cob. It will be hard but eyes forward.
