I can think of possibilities. For example: Perhaps only one parent killed her but then the other perhaps awoke unexpectedly and was pressured to get involved. Maybe The accomplice couldn't bear to leave her to get eaten in the wild by rodents or whatever. So instead they put her in her PJs and wrapped her in a blanket. (It's relatively common for killers who felt affection toward those they killed to do stuff like this.). Maybe only one parent did it all but they thought the other would be awakened/alerted if they left the home because of alarm door chime, sound of door opened, dragging body, etc. So they did what they could to misdirect with the note but left the body in the home. |
In any case, the request for $ is a ruse. No one looking for $ would leave the body in the home. |
I can't believe a parent would be ok with desecrating the body of their child to the point of sexually violating and using a garrote on their neck but then not be able to bury the body outside for fear of rodents. |
No one proved the blow to the head came hours earlier. In fact there was minimal brain swelling and bleeding so some even theorized it came after. |
None if makes any mother f'ing sense.
The only plausibly implausible scenario is that an evil genius showed up and orchestrated the most perfectly wonderful unsolvable crime. Maybe this person wrote mystery novels. |
Is the skull fracture located in an area that would be a swing hit(side of head- think the way you swing a bat) or top of the head (as in someone raising their arms above her head to hit her?) or fall into something sharp (back of head or back side of head) ? |
Well, there are TWO parents. Maybe one was the "bad" one. The Boulder cop whose Reddit was saved in the Denver newspaper link suggested that the autopsy indicated that there was prior sexual molestation. Maybe the parent who was less culpable just got mind fucked that night by her spouse, did what she was told to do to get by, and thereafter drugged herself to deal with the horror of it all. |
I think the problem with the crime was that the police were fixated and went in the complete wrong direction. That is why it was never solved. |
Tlc show on now |
What if that was the plan all along? Hence the ransom note. I don't know what happened to cause the change in plans however. |
Because it wasn'tplanned, was possibly accidental, amd they panicked. That makes much more sense than all the elaborate theories. |
If the Ramsey's did it, I definitely don't think it was planned. But if you accidentally killed your child, I still think you would remove the body, particularly given that you are calling the police and they'll be searching everywhere in your house and find your evidence everywhere. Removing the body takes the focus off the house. |
Thx. |
You are exactly right. It is the perfect crime. And this is why I think the Ramsey's didn't do it but were absolutely framed. It was very well planned out for a long time. Someone who knew the family well, was in the house recently and had some resentment or jealousy toward the Ramsey's. They also were a pedophile obsessed with JB. It was most likely someone at their Christmas party a few days prior who had access to things in the house that would be perfect for framing. For instance, is it possible someone took the notepad and a pen a couple days earlier from the party, wrote the ransom note at their own home, and brought the whole pad of paper back to the house on the night of the crime? The ransom note sounds very dramatic, very much like an imaginative author wrote it. I mean to use words like 'foreign faction', 'beheading', 'she dies, she dies, she dies.' It reads like a Tom Clancy novel. Is it also possible this someone at the party overheard Patsy telling another that John's bonus was $118,000 that year? And heard that they would be gone at a friend's house on Christmas Day? A perfect time to break in. There's also the mysterious call to the police from the Ramsey house the night of the party. I keep going back to Santa. He makes the most sense. He told JB to expect something special from him after Christmas. His daughter was kidnapped on Dec 26th. His wife, the author, is mostly like the one who wrote the extensive ransom note. She couldn't help herself from it being so long, she's a writer! Also people have asked her for a copy of her play about the murder of the girl in the basement and she has been unable to present it for whatever reason. I know Santa was ailing a bit from his surgery but if he had help, this all plausible. |
It seems pretty obvious to me that wording of the note was created by JR to give himself time to remove the body. Line by line, it all makes sense; every instruction has a purpose. Someone pointed out that "listen carefully" could have been part of his instruction to PR when dictating, since you don't listen to a printed word. Who knows.
But if she wrote the note, why did PR ruin the plan and call the cops? Maybe like someone suggested, she couldn't bear the thought of JB not having a proper burial. |
