The Lebanese Christians appreciate Hezbollah for destroying ISIS. Hezbollah are not bombing churches or killing Christians. ISIS and Israel have.

If they had to pick their poison, Hezbollah is 100x better than Israeli settler or ISIS in Southern Lebanon. Hezbollah is from a minority religious sect (Shia) that’s smaller than Christianity or Druze in Lebanon. The prime minister and president of Lebanon always flips between Christian and Muslim without issue and Hezbollah has not shown any designs on changing

Lebanon is a very tiny country about the size of Rhode Island and has an almost non existent military but war all around them. What Hezbollah does is erase the need for Lebanon to have a mandatory military draft, and that’s something Lebanese people appreciate

There being no military draft means that Hezbollah has all of the power, which they use to shoot rockets into Israel whenever Iran tells them to. At this point Lebanon effectively is just a client state of Iran. Sucks for the Christians there, but the writing was on the wall after they lost power after the civil war.

If what you say is true, why were many Jews still living in Arab countries post 1948? Egyptian Jews and Iraqi Jews had to be pried out with the Lavon Affair and Baghdad Bombings done by Mossad to force them out via pogroms. Mossad had to do their own pogroms to force them out.
