Yeah it's called election day in a post-trump America. It stinks.

I’m very nervous Trump will win. Hillary was polling about 2 percentage points ahead of Trump at this same time (about a week before the election) in 2016. Scary.

You will notice that with reputable polls, Trump is capped at 47%. He's above that only when you throw in the junk GOP polls.

Harris will approach 50%+ and win close to 300 EVs.

Reputable polls? OK, they are all pretty disreputable, I’ll give you that, but I see Trump at 49 in CBS, WSJ, and USA Today, and 48 in NYT and CNBC. And a sprinkling of 50 and 51’s in polls you’d probably prefer to ignore.

Biden was at +7.5% and Hillary was at +4.6% on this same date 4/8 years ago.

Guessing most of all these “reputable” pollsters were also not baking in the absolutely miserable early vote figures we are seeing across the country for the Democrats.

DP Trump has not been over 47% in any poll. Remember Trump have huge unfavorables. Bigger vs Hillary.

POLLS ARE WEIGHTED NOW THEY WONT BACK IN 2016 OR 2020- THEY WERE WEIGHTED WHEN THE RED WAVE HAPPEN IN 2022.

Nobody is changing their vote because some comedian many people have never heard of made a bad joke hours before Trump took the stage.

This isn't about changing votes at this point. Everybody has made their choice and millions have actually already voted. It's getting out the vote.

For the millions and millions and millions that already know Trump is a jackass, this helps seal the deal that they need to get out there and vote about it.

I actually do think the "jokes" about Latinos and Puerto Rico could actually sway votes.

It's easy if those comments are not about you or your home to say "whatever, it was just a joke and Trump didn't actually say it." If those comments are ABOUT you, or about where you grew up or where your family lives, it's not possible to do that.

I think there are Puerto Ricans and Latinos who were planning to vote for Trump for economic reasons who will now change to Harris or not vote because they are too personally offended. Those jokes were really egregious. I think they are enough to sway votes.

No one who is basing their vote off of economic reasons will change their vote because a guest speaker said something stupid and racist. Only privileged people think this way.

It was referred to as an "island of garbage" at T****'s rally at Madison Square Garden yesterday. For real. My Hispanic co-worker was almost in tears today.

"Hispanics" usually refers to those from Central and South America, which is pretty distinct from Puerto Ricans.

Please educate yourself. Hispanic is a Spanish speaker person. Puerto Ricans are Hispanics and Latinos. You are welcome.

Please educate YOURSELF.

Cultural identity is not only based on ethnicity and language.

You are welcome.

It's not about changing anybody's vote...it's converting a non-voter into a voter.

Nope. This happened on 2016 too before Trump was first elected.

Trump can also win. We will find out in a week.

Huh? Everybody knows that the editorial boards endorsed Harris. The billionaire owners wimped out and wouldn't let them print it but everybody knows that's who they endorsed.

In fact, a lot more people know that these editorial boards chose Harris, then would have known if the owners had had enough balls to just publish it.

What I think is a danger sign for Harris is that the billionaire owners each had a different reason for not endorsing her. It’s not that they both were afraid of Trump.

This is correct. Even Chappell Roan refused to endorse her, for a very different reason of her own.

Harris is just not inspiring confidence in people of her leadership abilities.

Not a single Fortune 100 CEO has donated to Trump. Business leaders don’t like him.
