Yes, disbarment is separate - but these crimes seem to be clear. FWIW, I know that she has so far escaped disbarment in Texas but I haven't followed the proceedings closely. This is would be a new reason for disbarment, I assume.

CNN reporting that Chesebro has been offered a plea deal. If he takes it there will be no early trial, and no chance for Trump to get a heads-up on the prosecution's strategy. Sad!

Didn’t Chesebro say that there was no way he would take a plea deal? Or does Powell’s decision change that calculation?
