| I’m in episode 2 and have to pace myself. It’s really good. |
| I just started it and I agree....really good! |
| Good to hear, I was just in CA and saw a ton of billboards for it. I was wondering what the heck it was. |
| Steve Yuen yeah baby |
| It's great! |
| I can't with this series right now, too stressful! |
Agree! I want to watch - only two episodes in, but I'm dreading it! It was so traumatic. And not like I can relate to any of the characters, but, still, I cringe. |
Yeah, the whole mutual destruction thing with a sense of intense dread the whole time...I need to wait on this one. |
| That was really good series. Had no idea what it was about when Netflix recommended. I also like Glory that was recommended here. Both have pretty messed up storylines but were really well done. |
| Terrible. So cringey watching them go after each other. I stopped after one episode. |
If you’re a fan, have you seen the movie Burning? I think it’s on Amazon streaming right now. I watched it because I’m a little obsessed with the main actor, but Steven Yuen was really good in his role too. Warning, though: it’s one of those movies where you have to pay close attention. I was the tiniest bit bored by the slow pace, but then the ending blew my mind and made me reconsider everything I had seen. (And on the Beef front, I was afraid I’d hate the characters but then read a very strong review today about how well they’re drawn as full-fledged people with complicated personalities. So now I think I’m in!) |
| It was good until episode 8 or so. |
| I got bored after the second episode. The characters were all so unlikeable and it just kind of jumped the shark (why would the escalation continue?). But I liked the first episode and it’s premise and most of all, the hot husband. |
| Loved it |
You should have kept going. |
