Anyone like to add to the list.

University of Alabama at Huntsville resembles a bland office park, but did not make the list.

What's important is what goes on inside, not outside.

Nah, GW is just a city school. It's not ugly or attractive.

Yeah, some of the colleges listed did not seem so bad, and some that were not listed, maybe should be. Though, I have been to several campuses, I can not speak for the campuses i have not been to - so maybe not comment unless you have actually been to a particular campus.

For two examples (of several) I have actually seen extensively, in person: GW used to be fairly ugly, spread out, not offer much, but they have taken over some buildings abutting their campus, for the better. It is still a bit too spread out and ugly for me, like BU. Certain city campuses are well maintained and contained but those are not necessarily two of them. Two more examples: Someone mentioned Georgetown and also Northeastern - I happen to like those campuses - they are maintained and contained well, flow well, and are aesthetically pleasing, and the students look happy at any given time, on campus (which I guess helps how the campus looks and feels).

American University. It's not ugly as much as it feels completely soulless.

BU has no campus. But Boston is a nice city.
