| I’ve heard SUNY Binghamton is really ugly and depressingly cold, but I have never been there. I just heard a couple people say that. |

Wow, I feel exactly the opposite! I think they're both gorgeous campuses. |
+1 I'm a Virginian, but have always thought UMDCP was very attractive:
|
| Many of the SUNY campuses. |
| Didn’t read the rest but Claremont McKenna is fugly |
| Towson isn’t bad! The main historical building makes great pictures and there is a new state of the art science building that has opened since this article published. |
Reminds me of a farm with multiple big red barns. |

UMCP doesn't belong in the discussion for either the ugliest or most attractive campuses.
It's just generic East Coast/Mid-Atlantic college buildings. Could be anywhere in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or North Carolina. It looks a bit like the University of Mary Washington in Virginia although UMW is more appealing. |

Goes to show STEM smarts are not everything - there is a lot to be said for sense of aesthetic beauty and style … |
I think it's so pretty and classic. Reminds me a bit of Mary Washington, another one of my favorite campuses. |
Some of us love that style of architecture and don't consider it "generic." Classic and timeless, maybe. Agree about UMW. |

Lol. You must have only seen Healy Lawn. Georgetown is a dump with no green space and poorly maintained buildings. |
| I think my school counselor cross listed this article for my Junior’s college list. More than half of his list is included. I hope he looks beyond aesthetics. |
