I read the Fox article. Does anyone know if Patel is using Nunes’ attorney for his suit in VA? The guy has had his law license in VA suspended a couple of times and was practicing in Petersburg until he rented a strip mall office in Charlottesville. I guess he’s rolling in dark money conservative money right now. Nunes’ suit is in Henrico County court which is a blue suburb of Richmond . I guess it’s midway between Charlottesville and Richmond. I don’t see any connection with Nunes there.

Patel was a longtime Nunes staffer before joining the White House, I’d be shocked if they weren’t using the same lawyer.
