Trump is still going to win next year. This whole show no one really cares about.

Why can't anyone here grasp that it is all about money? Ukraine, presidency, deals? It is about money.

Wrong.

Let's dive into this little ABC poll. And, I say "little," because it was little. Only 506 adults polled.

They don't give any information on party affiliation or geographic information. None. We have no idea how many were polled that identify with a given party.

32% had decided on Trump's guilt or lack of it before the Ukraine phone call.

This is an embarrassing poll. Take it for what it's worth..... a joke and an effort to sway opinion against Trump.

To above pp a question. Why are you determined to ruin your country to make Trump rich?

Good. I hope he is successful.

The impeachment inquiry against President Trump has triggered a wave of charges, countercharges, court battles, subpoenas and legal threats.

Now it has produced its first libel suit.

A White House official on Monday sued Politico and one of its reporters over stories and tweets that he says falsely accuse him of “lying, deceit and unethical conduct.”

Kash Patel, the National Security Council’s senior counterterrorism director, is seeking more than $25 million in damages in the suit filed in Virginia. We have reached out to Politico for comment.

The lawsuit also names Natasha Bertrand, a Politico reporter and MSNBC contributor, as well as Politico owner Robert Allbritton. The allegations, which center on what the president was told about the situation in Ukraine, go to the heart of the case for impeachment.

While Politico is the nominal target of the suit, it represents an aggressive attempt by a presidential aide to put Adam Schiff’s handling of the impeachment inquiry itself on trial. Describing the Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee as “a demagogue with an axe to grind against the president,” Patel portrays Schiff as running roughshod over rules and interviewing witnesses “to create click-bait headlines and soundbites to feed to his co-conspirators and media sympathizers.”

To you, pp.
Why are you afraid to discuss the results of a sham poll?

I didn't look at the poll. Don't care about fake poll. Why can't you answer my question? Or you don't believe that Trump is using his presidency to line up his pockets and at the expense of people like you and me?

Patel should be charged with leaking. Because we care about leaking, right?

Your turn! Now answer PP’s question.

She can't and won't because she knows that she supports Trump regardless of his criminal dealings. She is in favor of white America and will endure anything to get her racial white dominance secured. Not that it was ever threatened, she just can't stand the thought of seeing brown in the country her race conquered. I would respect her more if she just came out and said that she wants all the brown people kicked out of the U.S. and Trump can be Stalin for all she cares, as long as her idea of racial purity becomes reality.

Patel is a fool for filing that suit. In order to win, he will have to prove both malicious intent as well as willful disregard for the truth. Both virtually impossible to prove. In the meantime, the discovery will prompt the disclosure of any and all documents and digital communications around Ukraine - stuff the White House is shielding but will have to turn over if Patel is to have any chance of moving the case forward.

Politico will be able to countersue for court and attorney costs.

In the land of the blind, Devin Nunes suing a cow is king.
