Last time SJC played Prep it wasn't even a competitive game and SJC rested their starters during 16-6 victory blowout. |
But the academics…… |
Don’t kid yourself into thinking Prep is better than SJC on that front. Just look at the ED results this year so far. SJC is killing it. |
It's too bad Prep didn't play SJC last year. Would have been a good game. There should be an annual, automatic post-conference championship finale between IAC winner vs. WCAC winner. ADs could work together to line up sponsors, sell tickets, find a broadcast partner and make it a profitable tradition. |
There was such a game and St John's backed out in 2022. |
Technically true, but sjc has a deadline date to end the season. At some point, you gotta get into the next thing. However, GZ did agree to play Landon later in the season so the teams could be more prepared. The WCAC is so non competitive and the iac starts significantly later this is the way to go. |
WCAC is non competitive in sports. Got it. Thanks for letting us know |
They’ve have a few good programs but a lot of weak ones. Yorktown would finish top 3-4 every year. |
Have you looked at the IAC the past few years. 2 good teams. Yorktown would finish 2nd or 3rd. |
LOL PVI destroyed Madison in a scrimmage but yeah the team that beat Yorktown would finish top 3? this must be a joke post |
So dopey junior. Yes, for the last 3 years it's been SJC then GZ then everyone else. For 10 years before that it was GZ and everyone else. It's a very thin lacrosse league. The IAC starts practice about 3-4 weeks later. The inter-conference games would be much more interesting and have more meaning if they played later in the year. |
You call someone dopey? Then post as if you don’t follow DMV lacrosse. Last season PVI was in the finals. They beat Gonzaga 2x. They have not lost to an IAC team in years. Dematha is also a solid team. |
So obtuse. Try following the post. It says the last 10 years in the WCAC. Making a lucky run and losing in the finals is not making the league competitive. Since 2010, no other team has won the WCAC besides SJC and GZ. PVI is always 2nd tier and DM hasn't been relevant since before 2010. |
You literally posted for the past three years go back and read your post dopey. |
This is why the gen-dopey's need to get off their phones. They can't read an entire paragraph. So dopey junior. Yes, for the last 3 years it's been SJC then GZ then everyone else. For 10 years before that it was GZ and everyone else. It's a very thin lacrosse league. The IAC starts practice about 3-4 weeks later.
